1. Prepare before starting the silicone extruder

2. The silicone extruder is turned on
(1) Start the drying sleeve and set the temperature according to the process requirements;
(2) Start the heater and set the temperature according to the process requirements;
(3) Before the official start, there is no periodic impact sound or other abnormal sound during operation, and whether the screw and bushing are scraped;
(4) Connect the wire core through the mold core and the lead wire, and the lead wire passes through the baking sleeve through the spark machine through the powder box, winds it 3~4 times on the traction wheel, and then fixes the lead wire on the take-up reel;
(5) mold calibration: start the screw, slowly rotate the speed regulating potentiometer, extrude the rubber material, you can carry out the mold calibration, the mold correction is adjusted by the big bolt on the knob head, after the initial adjustment of the mold, first open a section, after the cable surface to identify the direction of the mark, check whether it is eccentric, after the mold is adjusted, you can produce normally;
(6) During normal production, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation of the equipment and the quality of the product, often measure the outer diameter, observe the appearance, and the surface of the cable should be smooth, uniform in color, no mechanical damage, no obvious bamboo shape, impurities and other defects;
(7) After extruding a coil of cable, or squeezing to a certain length, the thickness and appearance of the cable should be checked repeatedly, and the outermost layer of each cable should be at a certain distance from the side plate, and each cable should be hung with a process flow card and recorded;
(8) If there is an abnormal phenomenon or abnormal sound during the working process of the silicone extruder, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and repair or notify the relevant departments.
